Loreto Media LLC uses trusted service providers to operate, secure, support, and improve Loreto Sites. This page summarizes key provider categories.

This page is a practical transparency notice, not a full data processing agreement. Enterprise, diocesan, school, or regulated customers may need a signed DPA with more specific provider terms.
How we use providers
Subprocessors may process Customer data only as needed to provide their services to Loreto Media LLC. The specific providers used for a Customer may depend on enabled features, plan, deployment path, and support requests.
Core platform providers
Firebase and Google Cloud may be used for authentication, database, file storage, application security, hosting-related infrastructure, logs, diagnostics, and related cloud services.
Vercel, Cloudflare, or similar deployment and edge providers may be used for hosting, deployments, DNS, content delivery, security, certificates, and traffic routing.
Billing and communications
Stripe may be used for payment processing, customer billing, subscription status, invoices, and payment-related fraud prevention.
SendGrid or similar email delivery providers may be used to send service emails, support replies, import notices, form notifications, and delivery diagnostics.
Automated content assistance
OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, xAI, or similar model providers may be used to classify imported content, draft pages, summarize content, prepare suggestions, or support Customer-requested workflows. Customers should avoid submitting sensitive information to assisted workflows unless it is necessary and authorized.
Operations and support
We may use development, error monitoring, analytics, customer support, security, documentation, and internal operations tools to maintain the service and respond to Customers.
Provider changes
We may add, remove, or replace providers as the service changes. Material provider changes will be reflected by updating this page or providing notice where required by a written agreement.
